The new unit sports a high-end lens by Schneider-Kreuznach. This camera has features that can be found in many modern digital cameras such as Face Detection, Smile Detection technology; easy-to-use shot modes, Smile Shot, Beauty Mode and a high ISO 1600 adjustable light sensitivity. You can attach the phone to your computer or laptop and use its camera as a webcam.

It camera phone also sports LG’s unique technology called SmarLight. It also has an Image Stabilizer and D1 Video recording to capture high resolution and DVD-quality video.

The unit also sports a 2.4-inch widescreen LCD. It has Smart Bluetooth and Motion Sensor Games.

Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company said that the unit was introduced with knowledge that the camera is one of the most used accessories in mobile phones. He added that users usually use their camera phones to take pictures of themselves, family, friends and loved ones.

The new phone will be available to the market this November. It will be sold in CIS and Asia, including India, Thailand, Hong Kong and China later on a price later to be announced.
