Sharp Unleashes New BD-series Aquos LCDs

Sharp continues to be edgy in releasing new peripherals to the market, and their latest sporting of the new BD-series Aquos LCDs clearly attests to that.

The Aquos HDTV now comes in 37-, 46- and 52-inch variations. This is the same model that had 32- and 42-inch released in Japan not so long ago. What’s new? Nothing more except of course for the new screen size.

It has the latest Superlucent ASV panel that radically reduced glare and bright, making the image in your TV screen really clear. This technology combines the ultimate high definition television with the ultimate high definition content format with a side-loading multi-slot for Blu-ray, DVD and CD content. That’s a mouthful for a TV that well, to say the least is “jaw-dropping.”

Aquos HDTV exposes two solid selling points: Superior Image Quality and Extensive Connectivity. The new Aquos BD series showcases excellent picture quality, with the most advanced imaging technology on the market - ASV Superlucent panels. All models are 1080p compatible, have HDMI terminals and built-in ATSC and QAM tuner for access to DTV channels.

There are also HDMI jacks to solve that Blu-ray player input.

The huge TVs will be available in the market this February.
