Samsung Produces 32GB Memory Chips

Samsung made an important advancement in computer memory technology. The company was able to squeeze common 4GB of RAM into a single chip using 50 nanometer chip machines.

Even if you’re not an expert in memory chip technology, or you only have basic understanding of numbers you can fairly appreciate that 32GB is eight times of that basic 4GB memory chip. Should things fall into place rightly, we can have a RAM with 32GB capacity very soon.

You may be aware of the difference of 1GB RAM to 4GB RAM so just imagine the advancement and the promise of a 32GB RAM. While there is no clue yet as to how the new RAMs will be used (after they were made into RAM sticks that is), we can fairly guess that it will find its calling on huge datacenters and other systems that require huge resources. The only thing left to consider it its price.
