Windows Wave RT driver
MOTU, one of the leading developer and maker of computer-based audio and video hardware and software products, is now shipping new Windows Wave RT drivers. The Windows Wave RT drivers are intended for its USB2 and FireWire audio interface products. This includes the following models: UltraLite-mk3, 896mk3, 828mk3, Traveler-mk3, 828mkII-USB2 and 8pre.
Users who are using Windows 7 beta or Windows Vista operating system and are using the MOTU USB2 and FireWire audio interface can select the new Wave RT driver for use with any Wave RT-compatible host application. Switching between Wave RT and WDM operation is also easily done in the MOTU Audio Console so non-Wave RT-compatible audio software can still use the WDM operation. Another option for audio software that is not yet supporting Wave RT is to use the ASIO2 driver which comes with the latest MOTU Windows driver package.
Windows Wave RT (Wave Real Time) driver is a new model of audio driver from Microsoft for its Windows operating system which includes Vista and the recently released beta version of Windows 7.

FujiFilm’s 12 Megapixel F200EXR Camera Released
FujiFilm released a new camera F200EXR that has a lot of things to be proud of other that its 12-megapixel lens.
The FinePix F200EXR was first announced in Photokina 2008 but it waas only until now that this new camera is made available. It carries the EXR technology of FujiFilm and has the Super CCD sensor which allows shooters to see subject in clearer detail despite low contrast light.
It also uses the Real Photo Processor technology, wide angle optical lens and 230,000 pixel wide views LCD at the back. It has automatic red eye removal and offers 6 Film Simulation Modes, HD Photo Output, Dual Image Stabilisation and sensitivity up to ISO 12800 (3 million pixel only).
The resolution of the camera is available in three modes: High Resolution mode, High Sensitivity and Low Noise mode and Wide Dynamic Range mode. Depending on the photo effect you want to achieve, there is a resolution mode available to you!
FinePix F200 EXR can be operated automatically or manually. These two shooting modes can further be customized depending on the skill of the photographer.

Acer DX900 – Rebranded E-Ten handset
Acer is cooking something described as an “exciting range of easy to use devices Smart Handheld devices,”while we are not sure as to what are they, we are certain however that the full details of the release will be out this February 16.
Fortunately for us, some of the products’ details were leaked. Topping this is the E-Ten Glofiish handsets which gets new colors and modifications under the Acer brand.
E-Ten Glofiish DX900 is also renamed as Acer DX900 and is now in fact available for preorder. You can get it by going to UK retailer’s Clove Technology site: clove.co.uk
Acer DX900 however retains most of its features like the dual SIM capability, 2.8” VGA touchscreen, GPS, Wi-Fi, and 3 mpx camera. It also runs on the same OS, Windows Mobile 6.1.
Tech analysts are expecting a big boost on the sales of E-Ten and Glofiish brands as the giant Acer already took possession of it. The only left thing to do is wait and watch how DX900 will perform.
