Nvidia Launches Super Powerful 4 GB Graphics Card

Nvidia released a new 4GB graphics card. Nvidia claims that Quadro FX 5800 video card is their most powerful to date.

The video card offers 240 programmable parallel cores that supports CUDA. It means that there is almost nothing that this powerful card cannot handle.

According to an Nvidia spokesperson “there is nothing else like it in the industry and we believe that this will be the case for some time.” The company also boasted that the combination of the performance, capabilities and features are unrivalled.

The graphics card can easily be used by hardcore graphic artists, gamers and industrialists who need to process quick and massive information to come up with a good and accurate visual detail.
Jeff Brown, general manager, professional solutions for Nvidia said that “The Quadro FX 5800 has advanced features to allow massive data sets to be viewed beyond traditional 3D enabling professionals to make fast and accurate decisions.”

Other than superb rendering capability, the graphics card also has an interactive 4D modelling system. This is being supported by a memory bandwidth of up to 102GB per second.

This high specification and capability comes for a price of $3500.
