Mouser getting semiconductors from Leadis Technology

Leadis Technology, developer of many semiconductors, is including Mouser as one of its global distributor of its products.

Enhanced performance of many consumer electronics such as mobile phones, cameras and laptops usually depends on the semiconductors that were used in the hardware. Mouser now have LED drivers, display drivers, touch sensors, audio codecs and power management ICs from Leadis Technology included in its stocks. One of the highlighted products is the Leadis LDS8845. It is a 4-channel LED driver which can control or drive up to 4 LEDs as the name implies. Other products that were put on the spotlight are the IC series called PureTouch Capacitance Touch which includes the LDS6000 IC and  LDS6020 IC which uses a single controller for a 15-sensor input and keypad LED drivers integrated in the IC that is used for lighting effects.

Leadis Technology is focusing more on developing LED drivers that are “green” compliant and centers on enhancing power efficiency of consumer electronics which is a fast growing market for  lighting applications. With Mouser’s excellence in  introducing new products rapidly to their customers, consumer electronics manufacturers can readily integrate the newest technology from Leadis in their new designs.
