EVGA Shows off UV Plus+, Makes Multiple Monitors Look Easy

EVGA released an easy solution for multiple monitor users. Dubbed as the UV Plus+ 16, the device allows multiple inputting of LCD monitors and gives these monitors DVI output that can be attached to any additional display.

The video output can be mirror or extended using the device. UV Plus+ 16 allows a maximum resolution of 1680×1050. The UV Plus+ 16 boasts a unique magnetic-stackable function that allows users to stack a number of UV Plus+ 16 and then attach two, three or four monitors.

The little device is not all-good however. UV Plus+ 16 has no onboard GPU and therefore will use your current system’s resources. A minimum of 1.2GHz CPU and 1GB of RAM is needed to use the device.

The multiple monitor solution uses a virtual driver and a “high-performance DDR.” This avoids lossless video signal.

EVGA’s UV Plus+ 16 will be sold for $115.
