Catalyst 8.10 Windows Released

AMD released Catalyst 8.10 backed with a support to advanced graphic engines. Catalyst 8.10 contains upgrade for ATI RadeonT HD 4000 Series or ATI RadeonT HD 3800 series of graphics card.

The release has control center enhancements including a control on ATI Catalyst Control Center Overdrive tab. This enhancement is vital to hardcore uses who want to overclock their systems.

Force Component Video detection option is also introduced in this upgrade. It allows users to force a few Component Video modes to appear on the Catalyst Control Center Displays Manager for almost unlimited configuration options. This needless to say is another overclocking support.

AMD is clearly working to widen their support on different platforms. And as such this catalyst release makes the system compatible to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.7 operating system.
