AMD Phenom II Processor Leaked

Processor maker AMD is focused on making own trend and set of standards in modern computing. And with that, AMD Phenom II will soon hit the market.

One of the largest chipmaker in fact leaked its latest processor. Several websites and press release portals noted details of the new processor, but recent reports indicated that the so-called release was premature.

Phenom II is showcased on AMD’s latest quad core desktop. It runs at an amazing 3GHz speed powered by 45nm with a socket AM3 and can accommodate both DDR2 and DDR3 memories.
There is also a 65nmn version that works only with DDR2 memory chips but it’s date of release is still unknown.

Phenom II X4 is currently tagged at $275. A cheaper type running 200 Hz lesser (2.8GHz) is also available at $235.
